The Story of Whitby Jet by Hugh P Kendall is a small booklet, first published in 1936, which describes the rise and fall of the Jet Industry during the reign of Queen Victoria.

Hugh Kendall was honarary curator of the Whitby Museum and gathered much of his information on the Jet industry by interviewing Matthew Snowdon, a former Jet worker in the town.

This 27 page booklet is a must for any serious Jet enthusiast.
