Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Prices for the goods are based on the Sterling price displayed. US Dollar prices are included as indicative prices only and may fluctuate due to exchange differences.

We accept credit card payment via PayPal and payments will be made to our Parent Company - Talent Consulting. If you prefer, you can select to pay by cheque or cash and payment will need to be cleared prior to goods being despatched. Cheques should be made payable to 'Black as Jet'.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We do not charge handling and will ship via a recorded delivery service for which there is a charge. In the event of a delay occurring we are normally able to track the location of the goods online. Please contact us if you experience any problem with your delivery.

Delivery Schedule All orders are despatch on a Saturday and for most items a recorded and insured service is used. For UK deliveries please allow six working days for receipt of your item and for overseas shipments most order should be received within twelve working days.

Back Orders If we are not able to fulfil your order immediately, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Where applicable prices quoted include all tax charges.

Credit Card Security We do not require you to send credit card details to our site. All credit card transactions will be handled by PayPal using their own high security payment system.

Guarantee The products we sell are described to the best of our ability and knowledge and we take every care to ensure that these descriptions are accurate. If you find that the product you receive is materially different from the description that we have used, then we guarantee to resolve this issue.

If you encounter a problem, then you must notify us by email within 10 days of receipt of delivery. We will then contact you to advise you what to do next.

We only accept returns if they are sent back in the condition in which they were received. For items damaged in transit we will also require all of the original packaging material to be returned with the goods.

We do not accept liability for any damage or loss caused by poor handling, storage or other mistreatment of the item by the purchaser.

If you change your mind after placing an order we accept cancellation under the following terms:

Where payment has not been made and goods have not been shipped we make no charge for the cancellation of an order.
Where payments have been made, but the goods have not been shipped, we reserve the right to deduct from the payment any bank charges associated with repayment.
Where items have been shipped we only accept cancellation of the order where we are notified by email within 7 days of the goods being received. In such cases we will make a charge for all shipping and bank charges and also deduct the greater of 7% of the purchase price or £4, to cover handling and restocking. Refunds will only be given if the goods are returned in the condition they were sent.

Remittance Terms We require full payment to be made before the goods are despatched. We accept credit card payment via PayPal or by cheque or bankers draft. Payments made by cheque will be cleared prior to shipment and you should allow 4 working days for this.
